OmniFocus Plug-Ins
Agendas
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows for the management of ‘event’ and ‘agenda’ tasks.
Append or Prepend
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows the user to append or prepend text to the name of the selected task(s).
Completed Task Report
An OmniFocus Plug-In that sends a list of completed tasks for a given period (in Markdown format) to a Day One journal, to Drafts, or to the clipboard.
Create Numbered Children
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows the user to create a series of numbered child tasks of the currently selected task.
Custom Complete
An OmniFocus Plug-In that marks a task as complete and performs a series of customisable actions.
Defer Tag(s)
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows the user to ‘defer’ a tag and mark tags as on hold or available on a schedule.
Defer This Instance
An OmniFocus Plug-In that duplicates a repeating task to modify its defer date without affecting future instances.
Dependency
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows for the creation of task dependencies.
Duplicate and Drop
An OmniFocus Plug-In that duplicates a repeating task so that it can be modified without affecting future instances.
Estimate Total Time
An OmniFocus Plug-In that calculates the total estimated duration of the selected tasks.
Insert Task
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows the user to insert a task before or after the currently selected task.
Move to Action Group
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows tasks to be more easily moved to within preset action groups nested inside projects.
Note To Subtasks
OmniFocus Plug-In that allows the user to ‘expand’ a TaskPaper note into subtasks; it is designed with “checklist” items in mind.
Open URL(s) From Note
An OmniFocus Plug-In that opens the URL(s) contained in the note of a tasks (optionally opening OmniFocus links in a new window/tab).
Reorder Tags
An OmniFocus plug-in that adjusts the order that tags are assigned to tasks.
Scheduling
An OmniFocus Plug-In that assigns a ‘do date’ to tasks using a system of tags.
Show In Project
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows the user to quickly open the selected task in a focused project view in a new window/tab.
Synced Preferences
An OmniFocus Plug-In that extends the existing Preferences class in the Omni Automation API to allow preferences for other plug-ins to be synced between devices.
Templates for OmniFocus
An OmniFocus Plug-In that generates projects from template ‘projects’ saved in the OmniFocus database.
Trim Name
An OmniFocus Plug-In that trims any whitespace from the beginning or end of name(s) of the selected task(s).
Update Estimated Duration
An OmniFocus Plug-In that allows the user to quickly set or add to estimated durations.
Work On…
An OmniFocus Plug-In that is designed to assist with managing ‘Work on…’ tasks.
